Hope you’re having a slow and restful start to the new year. It always takes me some time to get up to speed after two weeks of holiday-ing. It’s very much a where am I who am I what day is it type of situation.
Mostly I’m excited for getting into a rhythm again. I’ve got some tools in my kit for how I do that, like drinking daily flower tea (more below) and sticking to a consistent reading schedule. I’m also trying to actually get to bed when I feel tired instead of pushing it just half an hour more. It’s about the small changes and paying attention to what my body and mind need on a daily basis.
We’re officially in the month my third book, Yin Yang Love Song, comes out. If you want exclusive goodies, you still have until the 21st to place your orders.
